Do it like Obama. He plans to speak in front of 100 000 people in Berlin on the 24 of July. A great sign to Europe. In front of the Branderburger Tor he will say why Europe is important for USA and that he can listen-not like G.W.Bush.
Lets hope the speech is good and it is the first step to a new relationship between Europe and the USA.
